AI Judge is an artificial intelligence-powered platform that provides informational verdicts for disputes. The Platform analyzes dispute information submitted by users and generates verdicts based on AI processing.

2.1 How the Service Works

• Users submit dispute details from multiple parties
• Users select parameters (legislation, dispute type, formality, etc.)
• The information is processed by AI to generate a verdict
• Users receive a unique URL to access and optionally share the verdict

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated verdicts are not a substitute for professional legal advice
• Legal matters should be handled by licensed attorneys
• You should not rely solely on AI verdicts for important decisions
• AI Judge is not responsible for actions taken based on generated verdicts
• For binding legal decisions, you must consult appropriate legal authorities or courts

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when using the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

4.2 Appropriate Use

You agree to use AI Judge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must NOT:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent security features or access unauthorized areas
• Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Submit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Submit illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity

4.3 Confidentiality and Privacy

Do NOT submit highly confidential, sensitive personal information, or legally privileged information through the Platform because:

• Your data will be processed by OpenAI (third party)
• Verdict URLs can be accessed by anyone who has the link
• We cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted data
• Shared verdicts may become publicly accessible

5. Data and Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the dispute information you submit. However, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Use, process, and store your content to provide the service
• Transmit your content to OpenAI for verdict generation
• Display the generated verdict via the shareable URL

5.2 Data Retention

Verdicts are stored for 1 year (365 days) from creation, then automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion by contacting us.

5.3 Data Deletion Requests

To request deletion of your verdicts:

2. Subject: "Verdict Deletion Request"
3. Include: Complete URL(s) of verdict(s) to delete

We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5.4 AI-Generated Content

Verdicts generated by our AI are created based on your inputs and AI algorithms. While you may use these verdicts for personal or business purposes, they remain subject to the disclaimer that they do not constitute legal advice or binding decisions.

6. Shareable Verdicts

When you generate a verdict, you receive a unique URL. By sharing this URL, you acknowledge that:

• Anyone with the URL can view the complete verdict content
• Shared verdicts may become accessible to the public
• You are responsible for controlling who receives the URL
• We are not responsible for how recipients use or further share the content
• Verdicts remain accessible until deleted or expired (1 year)

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Platform Content

All content on AI Judge, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of AI Judge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our platform's code or design
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Create derivative works based on our platform
• Use our trademarks without permission

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use
• Any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any damages arising from reliance on AI-generated verdicts
• Any legal consequences from actions taken based on verdicts
• Any damages from inaccuracies or errors in generated verdicts
• Any damages from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any damages from third-party actions (including OpenAI)

Maximum Liability: In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is currently zero, as the service is free).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of verdicts
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Judge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the Platform
• Actions taken based on generated verdicts
• Your breach of any laws or regulations

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

11.1 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

11.2 Terms Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

1. You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us
2. If informal resolution fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings
3. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits

15. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use AI Judge. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

16. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of AI Judge does NOT create an attorney-client relationship between you and:

• AI Judge or its operators
• Any legal professionals
• OpenAI or any third parties

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Judge regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
