According to OpenAI's current policies for API usage:

• API data is not used to train OpenAI's models
• Data sent via API is retained by OpenAI for 30 days for abuse monitoring, then deleted

• Storing verdicts to enable sharing via unique URLs

Verdicts generated on our platform are stored in our database for 1 year (365 days) from the date of creation. After this period, they are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Germany. The verdict text and case information are stored in our database to enable the sharing functionality and allow you to access your verdicts via URL.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

5. Shareable Verdicts

When you generate a verdict, you receive a unique URL that allows sharing.

Key considerations:

• Think carefully before including sensitive information in your submissions
• Control who receives the shareable URL
• Shared verdicts remain accessible until deleted or expired (1 year)
• We cannot control how recipients use or further share the URL once you've distributed it
• Consider the public nature of shared links when deciding what information to include

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

AI Judge does NOT use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

We use only essential browser storage (sessionStorage) to temporarily store your submission during the verdict generation process. This data is:

• Stored only in your browser (not on our servers)
• Only sent to our server when you click "Emit Verdict"
• Automatically cleared when you close your browser tab
• Not used for tracking, profiling, or cross-site purposes

7. Your Rights and Data Control

7.1 Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your verdicts at any time.

To request deletion:

3. Include the complete URL(s) of the verdict(s) you want deleted

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion. The verdicts will be permanently removed from our database.
